Michele started her dental career in 1983, as a Trainee Nurse, she has gained experience and qualifications in her career in dentistry over 30 plus years, going on to gain her qualifications in:
National Examination for Dental Nurses
Oral Health Education
A1 Assessors award
Level 5 in leadership and Integrity
Michele has been an Operations manager for 5 years, and has a wealth of knowledge within the dentistry, CQC and NHS. Michele enjoys training young trainees to gain their qualification and to progress within their careers.
