There are three standard charge bands for all NHS dental treatments. Band 1 covers examinations, diagnosis and advice. Band 2 includes all of band 1 plus fillings and root canal treatment, and Band 3 covers all treatments in Band 1 and 2 plus crowns, and dentures.
