We are delighted to announce that our practices are now open again for all our existing patients with dental emergencies.

Dear patients

We are delighted to announce we will be re-opening our practices on 8th June for registered patients with dental emergencies.

During this difficult time many of you will have missed routine appointments, stopped mid-treatment or even developed problems with your teeth and gums that you need us to help with.

We are working hard to plan for a phased re-opening.

First phaseThe first phase will be dealing with dental emergencies only. So if you are experiencing dental pain, please call your SmileOne practice and they will do their best to get you an appointment or give you advice which will help. We expect to be very busy, so please be patient with us.

A big part of our planning has involved preparing to keep you and our staff as safe as possible. Following all the best advice from the NHS and our professional bodies, we have designed new procedures to minimise risks. We are confident that we have done everything we can to protect everybody entering and working in the practice.

What to expect at your appointment? When you arrive for your appointment please wait outside the practice and someone from our team will come to greet you.

You will be asked to apply alcohol rub and will be given a face mask to wear and we politely request that you keep your hands together when you are in the practice.

Thank you again for your patience during this time.

Not registered?

We are currently only taking on new private patients in all SmileOne practices.
